Work With Me For Free

Buyers do not pay any realtor commissions!

You can work with me as your agent to book showings, tour properties and pull histories. We'll look at comparable sales to make sure you're paying a fair price, ensure your contract protects your best interests and negotiate the best possible price and terms. 

I work for free until you buy a home then, I am paid through the proceeds of the sale from the seller. 

New Seller Client

No money up front. Once the sale is finalized there is a fee of 5%. This includes 2% paid to a buyers agent.

Repeat & Referral Discount

This discount applies to all repeat clients & all referrals. This also applies if you are both selling & purchasing property at the same time. No money up front. Once the sale is finalized there is a fee of 4%. This includes 2% paid to a buyers agent.
